This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are (or are not) provided for digital goods and services purchased through the RideShot platform.
1. General Policy
All sales on RideShot are final. Due to the nature of digital goods—including but not limited to digital photographs, videos, presets, or templates—we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is completed. By purchasing content on RideShot, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
2. Nature of Digital Products
Digital content, once delivered, is considered “used” and cannot be returned. Access to downloadable files is granted immediately after payment, rendering them non-returnable. As such, we maintain a strict no-refund policy to protect the intellectual property of our content creators.
3. Exceptions (if required by law)
This policy does not override your statutory rights under applicable law. In certain jurisdictions, consumers may be entitled to a refund, return, or exchange under specific conditions required by local consumer protection laws. If you are located in such a jurisdiction, your rights under those laws remain unaffected.
4. Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe that a transaction was processed fraudulently or without your authorization, please contact us immediately at purchases@rideshot.com. We may work with our payment processors to investigate unauthorized transactions in accordance with their terms and timelines.
5. Errors or Technical Issues
In the rare event that a purchased file is corrupted or fails to download due to a technical issue on our part, please contact us within 3 days of purchase. We may, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement or alternative method of delivery. However, this does not constitute a right to a refund.
6. Creator Liability
All content on RideShot is uploaded and managed by individual sellers. RideShot is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or licensing of seller content. Buyers are encouraged to review seller profiles and sample work before purchase. Any disputes regarding misrepresentation or quality should be raised with the seller directly. RideShot assumes no liability and offers no compensation.
7. Changes to this Policy
RideShot reserves the right to modify or amend this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be reflected by the “Effective Date” above. Continued use of the platform after any changes signifies your acceptance of those changes.
